  • Is this a safe space for everybody?

    Here I believe that wellness is for everyone. My space was created to be a sanctuary for the entire community: a safe, inclusive environment where everyone is welcomed with an open heart and open mind.

    I honor the diversity of every individual who walks through our doors. Regardless of your background, body, gender identity, or life path, you belong here. My approach to healing embraces the whole person and I hold space for each guest to experience rest, renewal, and connection in their own way.

  • Are children allowed?

    While I absolutely adore children, I kindly ask that you make arrangements for them to stay at home during your appointment. In alignment with My Salon Suites and Fern & Fig Aesthetics policies, this request is for the safety and comfort of your child, other guests, and our practitioners.

    Your time in my space is meant to be a peaceful escape and a chance to relax, recharge, and reconnect with yourself. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a calm and restorative environment for everyone.

  • Are Teenagers welcome?

    Yes, your skin goes through some big changes during your teen years! Beginning at age 13, Fern & Fig is happy to welcome our younger guests and help build healthy skincare habits that last a lifetime.

    For all teen appointments, a parent or guardian must be present for the entire treatment. I love supporting our younger friends on their journey to confident, glowing skin!

  • What happens if there is a Hurricane?

    At Fern & Fig, the safety of my clients and staff is my top priority. In the event of a hurricane or severe weather warning, I will follow the guidance of local authorities and take necessary precautions to protect everyone. If a hurricane watch or warning is issued, appointments may be rescheduled or canceled. I will notify clients as soon as possible via [phone/text/email/social media] regarding any closures or changes. Once it is safe to reopen, clients will be contacted in the order of their originally scheduled appointments to reschedule. Please do not attempt to keep an appointment if your area is under evacuation orders or if travel is hazardous.

  • What is the cancellation policy?

    Clients will be charged a 50% cancellation fee for any cancellations made within 48hrs of the scheduled appointment. Clients who arrive too late for an appointment, in order to complete services booked, will have two options: Pay the 50% cancellation fee and rebook for a different day, or proceed with a shortened service (adjusted to fit the remaining time). The full service price will still apply, as I am unable to adjust my clients for the rest of the day. Please reach out or use the "manage appointment" feature to make any needed changes before the 48hr deadline to avoid this fee!

  • What is the refund policy?

    At Fern & Fig, client satisfaction is my top priority! We take pride in providing high-quality aesthetic services and products. Please review our refund policy carefully before booking or purchasing. Due to the nature of aesthetic services, all service sales are final. Once a treatment has been performed, refunds cannot be issued for any reason, including dissatisfaction with results. However, I are committed to ensuring you have a positive experience and will work with you to address any concerns or adjustments needed. If you experience an adverse reaction following your treatment, please contact me immediately so I can assess and recommend appropriate care or follow-up treatment. Unopened and unused retail products may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Opened or used products are non-refundable due to hygiene and safety regulations. Defective or damaged items may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase.

  • Right to refuse service Policy

    At Fern & Fig , I strive to maintain a safe, respectful, and professional environment for all clients and myself. I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone at any time if the service may pose a health or safety risk. The client is under the influence of drugs or alcohol. The client displays inappropriate, disrespectful, or aggressive behavior. The client fails to provide accurate health information or follow required protocols. All decisions are made with professionalism and care to ensure the well-being of both our clients and our team.

  • Privacy Policy

    At Fern & Fig Aesthetics, your privacy and comfort is my top priority. I collect only the information needed to provide safe, personalized skincare services. Such as your contact details, health history, and appointment information.

    Your personal and health information is kept strictly confidential and stored securely. I never share or sell your data. Payment details are processed safely through our booking and payment system (GlossGenius) and are not stored by me directly.

  • Photo Release and Social Media Policy

    At Fern & Fig Aesthetics, I love showcasing real results and glowing skin from my beautiful clients. Occasionally, photos or videos may be taken before, during or after a service to highlight skincare progress or treatment results.

    Your privacy and comfort are always our top priority. Photos are only taken and shared with your explicit consent. You may choose to remain anonymous, request that only certain areas be shown, or decline photo use altogether, no questions asked.

    Images are used solely for professional purposes such as social media, educational posts, or marketing materials that reflect the care and quality of our work. You may withdraw consent at any time.
